Our “Bayview Sanctuary” project encompassed the complete reconstruction of the property’s outdoor space, redefining it into a breathtaking waterfront retreat.

The centerpiece of this renovation is a newly designed pool that perfectly complements the home’s elegant architecture. Rebuilt a spacious rear deck, the pool area offers both relaxation and entertainment spaces, complete with modern stone tile, weather-resistant materials chosen for durability and aesthetic appeal. The sleek design harmonizes with the tropical landscaping, creating a serene oasis.

Enhancing the property’s functionality and waterfront experience, we also rebuilt the seawall and dock. The new seawall not only ensures structural integrity but also provides an unobtrusive boundary that preserves the site’s natural beauty. The custom-built dock, designed to accommodate multiple vessels , includes a 2 boat lift systems and extends the home’s connection to Sarasota Bay. Its modern design emphasizes both practicality and style, catering to the homeowner’s love of boating and waterfront living.

The journey begins at the main entry, where an impressive iron door welcomes guests with electrified interlayer glass. With the flick of a switch, the glass transitions from clear to frosted, combining privacy with contemporary elegance. A true culinary haven, Oaks Bayside features not one but two kitchens. Organized Oasis

This renovation reflects a careful blend of modern design and timeless functionality. Spanning 3,400 square feet, the goal of the client was to breathe new life into the interiors, creating spaces that are both functional and visually striking, to be their Organized Oasis.

The primary objective of the renovation was to enhance the flow and connectivity of the spaces from the kitchen, bar area, and dining. Walls were removed in key areas to expand the living and dining spaces, making them ideal for entertaining guests while maintaining a cozy atmosphere for family gatherings. The kitchen underwent a complete overhaul, incorporating Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances to elevate both performance and style. Custom cabinets provide ample storage while seamlessly blending with the contemporary aesthetic, paired with a striking porcelain backsplash that extends to encase the hood, creating a sleek and cohesive focal point.

In addition to the main kitchen space, two distinct areas were added for enhanced functionality: a dedicated coffee bar for daily convenience and a separate cocktail bar for entertaining. The cocktail bar is highlighted by an antique mirror backsplash, lending a touch of vintage charm that contrasts beautifully with the kitchen’s contemporary finishes. Together, these elements create a multi-functional and visually captivating space tailored for modern living.

The master bathroom exudes warmth and elegance, featuring a faux wood-look ceiling detail that adds depth and texture to the space. Gold fixtures, complemented by matching accents in the tile and cabinet hardware, bring a touch of opulence to the design. Nestled on the powdery white sands of Siesta Key Beach, the Seabreeze House is a transformative architectural project that combines two 3,500-square-foot 4 story townhomes into a breathtaking 7,000-square-foot coastal sanctuary. This ambitious renovation seamlessly blends bold innovation with the serene beauty of its beachfront setting, creating a masterpiece of modern design.

The project begins with a dramatic reimagining of space. Concrete walls separating the two structures are demolished to create an open, cohesive layout that flows effortlessly. Central to the design is a dual TV station, ingeniously crafted with back-to-back screens that provide entertainment in two rooms simultaneously, making it a functional and visually striking focal point.

At the heart of the home lies a custom-designed bar that sets a new standard in sophistication. With concrete-finished coffered ceilings that add depth and texture, the space is complemented by rich wood-paneled walls and ceilings, creating an inviting yet refined atmosphere perfect for entertaining.
